While breakfast was decent, it did get crowded and some options ran out quickly. Overall, a solid choice for a family-friendly stay with easy access to the heart of San Antonio.

While the lobby dazzled, the reception crew left us hanging. They were friendly but didn’t have the goods on the best local spots or how to navigate the River Walk. A concierge could've made our adventuring much smoother. Still, we had a blast overall with a few bumps!

The breakfast offers many great food choices and is the best I’ve experienced. The evening reception from 5:30 PM to 7 PM was enjoyable. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly throughout my stay. Parking is conveniently located.

The breakfast buffet was most amazing. Best of any hotel I’ve ever had. There was this incredible spread that we looked forward to each morning. like a feast! Also, the lobby was a beautiful, great place to gather and visit, or just be alone. It was very relaxing, just the kind of area to unwind after a long day. My kids absolutely loved the pool too, they played for hours while I kept an eye on them from a comfy chair.
